Nominees in the tribal area development committee comprise Jharkhand Archery Association (JAA) vice presidents Bailey Bodhanwala and Neha Mahto, along and mentor Harender Singh, and Olympian Reena Kumari, who represented India at the 2004 Athens Olympics and is a mentor at Sports Authority of India, Ranchi.

Members in this committee will have to focus on the development of archery in tribal areas of Jharkhand, northeast and other pockets across the country.

The panel will work for the development of archery, particularly in the tribal and backward areas and set a road map to identify hidden, grassroots talent and nurture them for mainstream archery.
