Maharashtra government secured investment MoUs worth Rs 3.53 lakh crore (USD 44 billion) this week at the WEF Annual Meeting.

Adani group signed four memorandums of understanding (MoUs) for the investments at the WEF in Davos in presence of Reddy and Adani. In total, Telangana has sealed MoUs worth over ₹36,500 crore in Davos.

Three union ministers and representatives from several states from India as well as over 100 business leaders also participated in the meeting. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri at WEF meeting said, "India's consumption is growing three times the global average. In the next 20 years or so, India will account for 25% of the world's energy demand.”
