Sidharth Malhotra’s close combat specialist comes up with flying kicks, punches and Filipino martial arts moves in a behind-the-scenes video from the sets of Yodha, dropped by the makers on Wednesday.

Dropped shortly after the release of the teaser on February 19, the BTS video shows a harness-clad Sidharth acing fight scenes in different ensembles – from casuals and formals to military gear – amidst a barrage of bullets.
The Shershaah actor, who plays off-duty soldier Arun Katyal in the action thriller, appears out of a stack of hay in one of the scenes, while in another he smoothly manages a crisis by deftly tossing aside a burning stick. The video concludes with Sidharth winking at the camera with gun in hand.
As per the official synopsis on IMDb, Sidharth’s Arun exhibits his military expertise to outsmart terrorists trying to hijack a plane. Arun strives to devise a strategy to take down the terrorists one by one and save innocent lives.
Directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, Yodha also features Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna in key roles.
Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Shashank Khaitan, Yodha is slated to hit theatres on March 15.
