Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, Imam Vellani’s Ms Marvel a.k.a Kamala Khan and Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau team up for an intergalactic mission that will change “everything and everyone” in the latest extended trailer of MCU’s upcoming film The Marvels, dropped by Marvel Studios on Thursday.

The two-minute-eight-second-long clip takes us to a world where Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury has to bring together the three superheroes in order to fight an alien force that wants to wreak havoc on earth.

The trailer begins with Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel trying to revive her memories from the time when she was yet to find her superpowers. We see Monica Rambeau being thrown out into another dimension and Kamala Khan aka Ms Marvel travelling through space to meet Nick Fury.

The video shows the back stories of all three women — how they got their superpowers and their respective journeys. We see Fury along with Danvers visiting Kamala’s place and having an amusing chat with her parents.

The trailer ends with all three fighting alongside Nick Fury against the invading aliens in what seems like a space station. “Get ready for a cosmic team up Experience #TheMarvels, only in theaters November 10,” wrote Marvel Studios, sharing the latest trailer on X (formerly Twitter).

The Marvels is the sequel to the 2019 film Captain Marvel, which starred Brie Larson as the titular superhero. In the sequel, Larson is joined by Iman Vellani, who shot to fame with Disney+ Hotstar series Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris, who made her Marvel debut with WandaVision.

The film is directed by Nia DaCosta from a screenplay she co-wrote with Megan McDonnell, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells. Apart from the three leads, Jackson and Park Seo-joon, it also stars Zawe Ashton.

The Marvels will arrive in theatres on November 10.
