After the success of Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, Prabhas is set to star in Maruthi Dasari’s upcoming horror film The Raja Saab, announced the makers, sharing a first-look poster of the actor on January 15.

The first-look poster features Prabhas in a stylish black ensemble set against a festive backdrop. The 44-year-old actor himself shared the poster on Instagram with the caption, “Presenting #TheRajaSaab's First Look in this festive season. Wishing you all joy and happiness!”
Netizens reacted enthusiastically to the announcement with many loving the “vintage vibes” the poster exuded.
Produced by T.G. Vishwa Prasadand Vivek Kuchibotla, The Raja Saab was initially titled Raja Deluxe. Karthik Palani, known for his work on Varisu, will handle the cinematography of the film, while Thaman S. will score the music for the upcoming Prabhas-starrer.
Also featuring Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar in key roles, Raja Saab is reportedly slated to hit screens in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. However, the film’s release is yet to be announced.
On the work front, Prabhs will next be seen in Nag Ashwin Reddy’s mythological epic Kalki 2898 AD, slated to release on May 9. The actor will share screen space with Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani in the movie.
