Actress Parineeti Chopra rebuffed pregnancy rumours, which were rife following her recent public appearances in oversized clothes, with a hilarious Instagram story on Thursday.

“Kaftan dress=pregnancy; Oversized shirt=pregnancy; Comfy Indian Kurta=pregnancy,” posted Parineeti on her Instagram Story, taking a dig at those who associated her fashion choices with pregnancy.

Parineeti had tied the knot with AAP leader Raghav Chadha in September last year. Shortly after the wedding, the actress shared a series of pictures and videos from the grand ceremony in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Parineeti recently attended the trailer launch event of Imtiaz Ali's Amar Singh Chamkila in a black kaftan dress. She later changed into an oversized white shirt, fuelling the rumours about her pregnancy.

The actress will be playing Chamkila’s wife and singing partner Amarjot in the film, which stars Diljit Dosanjh in the titular role. The biographical drama is slated to premiere on Netflix on April 12.
