Kiara Advani locked lips with husband Sidharth Malhotra and arranged for a special cake highlighting moments from the latter’s iconic films on his 39th birthday, show Instagram stories shared by the actress on Tuesday.

“Happy birthday, love,” the 31-year-old actress captioned the video.

While Kiara looked stunning in a lacy black dress, Sidharth sported a rainbow hued t-shirt.

The cake arranged for Sidharth had a filmi theme. It contained a camera roll of his iconic movies including the Karan Johar-directed Student of the Year and the 2021 war drama Shershaah.

The cake, shaped like a camera reel, carried a fondant figure of Sidharth sporting a tuxedo. A box of popcorn on the side finished the entire look of the cake.

Sidharth’s Indian Police Force co-star Vivek Oberoi also took to his Stories and wished the birthday boy. “May you always continue to steal our hearts and set the stage of fire! Have a great year, brother. See you shortly on duty DCP Kabir Malik,” the actor wrote alongside a picture of their on-screen characters from the Rohit Shetty-directed crime thriller series.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, too, wished the actor. “Happy birthday, dearest Sid. Birthday hug to you,” the Jaane Jaan actress wrote.

Other Bollywood actors like Ayushmann Khurrana and Ajay Devgn expressed their heartfelt wishes. “Iss chitra se ek not so gupt baat yaad aa gayi (this picture reminds me of another topic which is not so secretive)...Happy birthday @sidmalhotra,” Ajay, who will reprise his role as the cop Bajirao Singham in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, wrote alongside a still from Sidharth’s 2022 film Thank God.

On the work front, Sidharth will be next seen in Yodha, which is a joint venture of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Amazon Prime. The film, which also stars Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna, is slated to release in theatres on March 15.
