Birthday girl Nora Fatehi has time and again left the audience mesmerised by her smooth dance moves and belly dancing skills. The 31-year-old actress, who went from being a Bigg Boss contestant in 2015 to becoming a fan-favourite contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2016, got pan-India recognition for her killer moves in the dance number Dilbar from the John Abraham-starrer Satyameva Jayate (2018). Dilbar – Satyameva Jayate (2018)
The dance number Dilbar got Nora instant fame. While belly dancing and item numbers had always been a part of Bollywood, Nora’s professional skills and dancing abilities made her a sensation. The sensuous number, sung by Neha Kakkar, Dhvani Bhanushali and Ikka, was a remake of Alka Yagnik’s Dilbar from the Sushmita Sen-Sanjay Kapoor starrer Sirf Tum.

The hook-step of the dance number remains one of the more difficult ones that Nora perfected with ease.
Garmi – Street Dancer 3D
Paired up alongside Varun Dhawan, the 2020 film Street Dancer 3D saw Nora get out of her comfort zone of belly dancing and show off her hip-hop skills. Quite literally turning up the heat, Garmi had Nora perform some of the most fast paced dance moves along with a floor-based hook step that could only look good on her. While the song saw quite a number of professional dancers perform along with Nora, she still managed to steal the show.
Naach Meri Rani
2020 was the year of Nora who stunned yet again, this time as a red-haired robot who comes to life in Guru Randhawa’s Naach Meri Rani. The Punjabi track saw the 31-year-old once again out of her comfort zone, this time excelling in a mix of bhangra along with street style robot dance. Decked up in a leather outfit, Nora managed to give yet another hook step to remember in the same year as Garmi.
Kusu Kusu – Satyameva Jayate 2 (2021)
Back in her element, Nora and John were seen once again in Kusu Kusu from the 2021 film Satyameva Jayate 2. After mesmerising in Dilbar, the dancer took it up a notch with her fast paced belly dance moves and sensual moves. Decked up in a shimmery white outfit, Nora’s Kusu Kusu hook steps were yet again some of the most difficult moves that she perfected with ease.
