BTS member V flaunts his buffed up body, ‘wound of glory’ during military service break

The artiste is currently serving in the South Korean military along with other band members RM, Jungkook, Suga, Jin, Jimin and J-Hope

Korean Boy band BTS member Kim Taehyung a.k.a V dropped photos of his new ‘buffed up’ look on his Instagram handle on Friday during a break from military service, thrilling fans with his transformation.

Taehyung also shared a shirtless image of himself flaunting scars the artiste supposedly got during his military service. “Wounds of glory,” he captioned the post on the Weverese platform — a South Korean mobile app and web platform.

The singer shared a bunch of photos on his Instagram story informing his fans about his well-being. In the first story, the Slow Dancing artiste shared a picture of his hands holding a clover leaf. “Allegiance. Is everyone doing well? I'm working out healthily and also wearing the cool black uniform and getting cool training and doing well,” he wrote alongside the photo on Instagram.

He further wrote, "I came on a break for a short time to wish Na PD-nim on his birthday and spent time great time while talking with friends about military (life) after a long time. I'm currently 75kg after working out diligently but our military warriors' bodies are (in) great (shape) so I have to try a little harder.. I'll try hard, bye."

Taehyung also shared a series of mirror selfies on his Instagram story. The series mainly showcases his workout sessions in the gym, in which he looked funky and casual in his loose-fit t-shirts.

On March 15th, Taehyung released a new single titled 'Fri(Ends)', which received widespread acclaim from the audience. Additionally, he appeared in a music video for the South Korean artist IU, featuring in the globally renowned song Love Wins All, which was released on January 24.

BTS members Jin, RM, J Hope, Yoongi, Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook are currently serving in the South Korean military. The band is likely to make their comeback in 2025.
