Anu Malik and Sonu Nigam performed the title track of Farah Khan Kunder’s debut directorial Main Hoon Na starring Shah Rukh Khan at her house party, shows a video shared by the 59-year-old choreographer-producer on Instagram on Friday.

“Impromptu get togetherness is the Best!! When u plan a dinner for 4 but All ur friends turn up.. n some unexpected ones too,” wrote Farah alongside the video on Instagram.

Salim Merchant, Javed Akhtar, Aditi Rao Hydari, Siddharth, Huma Qureshi, Dipika Kakar, Shoaib Ibrahim, Rajkummar Rao, Sajid Khan and Patralekha Paul also attended the gathering.

“Background dancers,” quipped Huma, waving at the camera even as the other guests hummed along with Sonu.

Farah, who ventured into filmmaking with the 2004 romance drama, launched her cooking channel on YouTube, sharing with her subscribers her secret yakhni pulao recipe on Monday.

The Om Shanti Om director recently hosted singer Ed Sheeran at her place along with actor Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan.

As an actress, Farah last appeared in Khichdi 2: Mission Paanthukistan in a cameo alongside Supriya Pathak, Kirti Kulhari and Flora Saini. She also recently choreographed the music video of Arijit Singh’s Chaleya from Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan.

Additionally, Farah directed the music video of Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah’s latest track Naina, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon and Tabu.
