The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) is conducting the WB Madhyamik exams 2024 starting from today, February 2. Students preparing for these exams can access and download their WB Class 10 admit cards for 2024 through the official website, wbbse.wb.gov.in.

According to the schedule, the WB Madhyamik exams 2024 will continue until February 12. The Class 10 exams will begin with the first language paper on the first day, followed by the second language paper and history exams on February 3 and February 5, respectively.

To download the WB Class 10 admit card 2024, candidates need to use their login credentials, including registration number and date of birth. It must further be noted that the admit card is a mandatory document for the examination day, and students without it will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

The West Bengal Class 10 exams carry a total of 800 marks, with students required to secure a minimum of 272 marks to pass. Those failing in one or two subjects can take the compartment exams, expected to be conducted in June 2024.

WBBSE Class 10 Exams 2024: Guidelines

1. Arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.

2. Keep the admit card, ID card, and other essential documents handy on the examination day.

3. Utilize the first 15 minutes to read the question paper thoroughly.

4. Bring stationery items like pens, pencils, and erasers.

5. Strictly avoid the usage of electronic devices such as phones, watches, calculators, etc., within the examination center.
