The application process for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination has begun from December 28 and will continue till January 31, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for WBJEE Exam through the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in

The exam will be held in a completely offline mode and candidates will have to answer Multiple Choice Questions in the examination.

Exam Pattern

There will be two papers in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. Each paper will be held for a duration of 2 hours.

While Paper I will consist of questions from Mathematics, Paper II will consist of questions from Physics and Chemistry.

Paper I will consist of 75 questions and Paper II will consist of 80 questions with 40 questions from Physics and 40 from Chemistry.

There will be three categories of question in WBJEE. In Category I, candidates will be awarded one mark for every correct answer. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

In Category II and III, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded two marks.

In Category II 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer while there will be no negative marking in Category III questions.

Step 3: Fill in all the required academic and personal details

Step 4: Pay application fee

Step 5: Download and take a printout of the form for future reference
