Delhi University will start using CUET UG and PG for admissions to all programmes in all categories as of the upcoming academic year

All central institutions are being asked by UGC Chief M. Jagadesh Kumar to use the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET-PG) as of the upcoming academic year. Universities all throughout the nation previously had the choice to accept CUET for their postgraduate programmes.

"As you are aware, CUET offers a uniform platform and equitable possibilities to candidates throughout the nation, especially those from the North-East, rural, and other remote locations, and aids in improving relationships with the Universities. The candidates can participate in the admissions process for numerous Central and participating Universities with just one exam, covering a wide audience. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been charged with organising the CUET-UG/PG", according to Kumar.

The CUET PG exams will be conducted from 1 to 10 June 2023, for the academic year 2023–2024, according to the official schedule. As previously stated by Kumar, the results would be released within the first week of July. In the previous year, the CUET PG exams were held from September 1 to 12 September 2022 with the results being released on 26 September 2022.
