The graduate felicitation ceremony for class of 2021 was organized by The Bhawanipur Education Society College from May 26th till 28, 2022 at the college's Concept hall and Jubilee hall.

Every year, around 300-400 students graduate from the college; however, this year all milestones were broken, with more than 3325 students graduating in the first division. The felicitation is usually held on a single day. However, owing to huge numbers, the event this year was split into 17 sessions over three days.

The event kicked off with a video streaming of last year's felicitation ceremony. As the dignitaries took their seats, the MC welcomed all present at the ceremony, which was followed by a cultural performance and the lighting of the lamp.

Speaking on the occasion, Dilip Shah, dean of student affairs, said, “You may leave Bhawanipur, but The Bhawanipur will never leave you”. He mentioned that a student can always come back and contribute to the alma mater. He also touched on the various career connect courses running in the college that a student could enrol in.

Members of the management and head of departments for the different sessions administered the oath - "I pledge to use my knowledge, experience, and skill to the best of my ability for the well-being of humanity. I will conduct myself responsible and shall respect the right and opinion and dignity of all. I will be a loyal ambassador for my alumna matters and will seek to maintain and enhance its reputation in all my dealings. I will endeavour to be known as a person of honour and will repute ever seeking to earn the peace of good conscience."

Present on the occasion, were Jitu Shah, Renuka Bhatt, Jogesh Shah, Bharat Ajmera, Bulbul Shah and Umesh R.Thacker from the management; academic advisors Samir Banerjee and Anup Sikdar; chief guest JK Das, dean, PG Faculty of Commerce, Business Management and Social Welfare, University of Calcutta; teacher-in charge Subhabrata Gangopadhyay; director-general Suman K. Mukerjee along with the head of the departments Samir Kanti Datta, Pinki Saha Sardar, Debjani Ganguly, Saspo Chakraborty, Tridib Sengupta, Minakshi Chaturvedi, Paramita Chakravarty and Ananyya Banerjee. Faculty members too were present to congratulate the students.

Graduates dressed in robes were felicitated with their medals, certificates, a congratulatory handshake and a picture. At the end of the ceremony, Dilip Shah told the students that he will not bid the students farewell, but would say "avjo", which means 'come again'.
