The National Testing Agency (NTA) commenced the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) All India Entrance Examination for Admission to Postgraduate programmes (AIEEA PG) 2024 registration process. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/ICAR/. The registration window will be live till May 11, 2024 (upto 5 PM).

Step-by-step guide on how to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/ICAR/.

Step 2: Click on the ‘ICAR-AIEEA(PG) Registration’ link displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: If you are a new user, complete registration to obtain login credentials.

Step 4: Login > Proceed to fill out the application form.

Step 5: Upload the required documents (photograph, signature, thumb impression, and applicable certificates).

Step 6: Make the payment of the application fee.

Step 7: Submit and take a printout of the form for future reference.

Incomplete/incorrect application form will be rejected. So, the candidates are advised to carefully fill out the form with accurate details. However, from May 13 to May 15, an edit option facility will be available to the candidates for the correction of data in their application form.

Application Fees

  • General/Unreserved - ₹1200
  • OBC-NCL/UPS/EWS - ₹1100
  • SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender - ₹625

ICAR AIEEA(PG) 2024 will be conducted on June 29, 2024 across 89 cities nationwide. This exam is a crucial national-level selection procedure for aspiring students who want to seek admission to the various master’s degree programmes in AUs in different disciplines of agriculture, horticulture, forestry, veterinary, animal sciences, agricultural engineering, community science, fisheries, dairy science, and other allied sciences for the academic year 2024-2025.
