The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 in 178 cities across the country

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun online applications for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 at its official website. Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can submit their application online at the official website of NTA at nta.ac.in or ncet.samarth.ac.in.

Through this examination, students will be enrolled in 4-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in selected Central/State University/Institutions including IITs , NITs, RIEs and Government Colleges for the 2024-25 academic session.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 in 178 cities across the country. The examination will be held in a computer-based mode (CBT) in 13 languages.

The application process has begun from Saturday, April 13 and will continue till April 30, 2024 (till 11.30 PM).

Once the application process ends, candidates will be provided a correction windw to make necessary corrections in their filled-in application forms. The application window will open on May 2 and will close on May 4.

Date of the exam

The exam will be conducted on June 12, 2024.

Candidates will have to submit their applications online at the official website. No other mode of submission will be accepted.

Application Fee

General - Rs 1200

OBC (NCL)/EWS- Rs 1000

SC/ST/PwBD/Third gender - Rs 650

How to apply?

Step 1: Visit the official website of NCET at ncet.samarth.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself by providing all necessary details

Step 3: Login using your registration ID and password

Step 4: Fill-in the application form

Step 5: Pay application fee

Step 6: Submit and take a print out of the application form for future reference.
