Eligibility and Application Process
Aspiring candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/ Institute. Selection will be based on the final merit derived from the Engineering Services (ES) Examination (Civil), 2023 conducted by UPSC. The age limit for applicants is set below 30 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
Selection Process and Service Bond
The selection process includes a Written Test and Personality Test based on the final merit of the Engineering Services (ES) Examination (Civil), 2023 by UPSC. Upon selection, candidates joining NHAI will be required to execute a Service Bond amounting to ₹5 lakhs, committing to serve the National Highways Authority of India for a minimum of 3 years from their joining date.
