Additionally, IGNOU will shut the re-registration window for the January 2024 session without levying a late fee today.

How to Apply for IGNOU Admission 2024

  2. Click on the IGNOU January Admission 2024 link displayed on the homepage
  3. Choose between the Online and ODL options on the subsequent page
  4. Fill out the application form and complete the payment process
  5. Download and retain a printed copy of the application for future reference.

First time applicants are required to register on the university's portal. For those already registered, the portal can be accessed by using the assigned username and password. Should any difficulties arise during the registration process, candidates can seek assistance from the regional centre for account resetting and updating contact information.

Documents Required for IGNOU Admission 2024

  • Photograph (less than 100 KB)
  • Signature (less than 100 KB)
  • Educational qualification (less than 200 KB)
  • Experience certificate (less than 200 KB)
  • Category certificate (less than 200 KB)

On admission, candidates must remit a non-refundable registration fee along with the programme fee for the first semester/ year. Payment options include net banking, UPI, and credit or debit cards.
