I was very intrigued… how can we imagine our future in 2050? Of course, it will have many measures to protect the environment as such, but I was thinking that it cannot be too advanced. Whenever I paint, I love visiting historical monuments in Kolkata. Kolkata needs to be portrayed as a city that loves and cherishes its own heritage. The yellow taxis have not been restructured or reimagined

I am new to the realm of digital design. I got into digital design after getting my iPad six months ago. I practice less on my iPad and more on paper.

Trisha Dutta Choudhury won for Videography

This class 12 student from BDM International, Kolkata took the videography brief of submitting a vox pop style video to new heights. The aspiring journalist walked us through her idea behind the submission.

Body stereotypes, actually body shaming, [is quite rampant] these days, and people are getting to know especially through social media that this happens a lot. Even some of my friends are really insecure about their body type. Seeing all [this], I thought of taking up this topic. I went to College Street and Park Street. First I asked for people's consent and then I asked them the questions. The experience was really nice. I am really grateful that I got this opportunity.

Asikni Garodia won for Entrepreneurship: ‘Bridging the Gap with GenZ Language’

Asikni studies in Class 11 at La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata. In a chat with Edugraph, Asikni walked us through what attracted her to entrepreneurship and how she arrived at her final submission.

Entrepreneurship's fire has burned in me since youth. Its power to enrich lives and society captivates me deeply. Entrepreneurs shape economies and societies, fueling my unyielding passion for the field.

Entrepreneurship's blend of innovation and creativity excites me most. Nurturing fresh ideas into transformative ventures is a dream I can't resist.

My startup emerged from personal struggle, aiming to make learning complex concepts easier through music. Winning Skillfest silenced doubts, affirming the value of my idea. Empowered by this triumph, I'm emboldened to embrace unique perspectives and push forward confidently. This win fuels my aspiration to transform education through music, making learning engaging and enjoyable.
