Jadavpur University, Kolkata is organising a five-day long student fest AFSU Sanskriti'24 from March 12 to March 16. The events at the fest will include 15 student competitions varying from extempore, quiz, debate, rangoli making, wall painting to dance, Eastern and western music, street play, tug of war and treasure hunt.

The event will also include, academic seminars, film screenings and theatre festival along with debates and discussions.

The first day also saw an enthusiastic debate on the motion:'This house believes that academia should be neutral' which was followed by an exciting extempore round. Dance and western solo musicals along with varied student performances mesmerised the audience.

Sanskriti'24 also witnessed an extravagant performance by Depdeep Mukherjee on the first night while an amazing line-up of Ichheymoto's '3 Stone', the 'Sudhu Tomakei Bhalobese collective' will be performed on the Fresher's night. Meghdol will be performing on the final night.
