Mr. Sugata Roy emphasised on how generative AI and predictive AI can provide frictionless employee experience. Mr. Rijit Sarkar was of the opinion that AI stimulates Human cognitive mind. According to him, the narrative was never about “AI vs. Human”, rather AI should be perceived as an enabler to strategic HR functions. Mr. Akshat Bhargava raised some pertinent questions regarding applicability of AI to different companies in different industries.

The Moderator, Mr. Kallol Dutta had a very insightful take on the entire discussion. He had a “AI from a non-AI perspective”. He said AI originated as a disruptor then transformed into an enabler and is now turning into a differentiator.

Organisational culture plays a crucial role in shaping the overall performance and success of a company. A resilient organisational culture is one that can adapt to changes, overcome challenges, and thrive in the face of adversity.

Mr. Aniket Mitra opined that Culture is basically the smell of the office. However, Mr. Nilangshu Ghosal had a very different perspective. “There is nothing called Organisational Culture”, he said. The behaviour correlation to culture should ultimately lead to employee performance and revenue.

Mr. Junaid Rizvi highlighted that culture boils down to people. Culture provides a conducive environment for people to learn and grow. Mr. Subhro Sankha Mukherjee shared his personal experiences of two to three renowned companies and their core values. Building resilient organisational culture will be possible only when each and every practice is aligned to these values. Mr. Chanchal Kumar emphasised that a resilient organisational culture will depend on employee well-being, mechanism for agile decision making and a culture of innovation.

The Moderator, Mr. Kallol Dutta concluded the discussion on the note that when an organisation is intrinsically motivated that is when the organisation is truly resilient. He highlighted the concept of anti-fragile and its importance in making today’s organisations adaptable, agile and sustainable.
