The AUK Christmas Carnival, a collaborative masterpiece orchestrated by the Amity University Events Club and the Amity School of Hospitality Management, unfolded against a backdrop of vibrant decor and lively music. The honourable Vice Chancellor of the university and esteemed guests from corporations and the Hotel Industry graced the event, adding prestige to an already illustrious celebration.

The highlight of the evening was the enchanting Cake Mixing ceremony, a symbolic gesture that not only marked the arrival of the joyous Christmas season, but also showcased Amity's commitment to secular celebrations. Vice Chancellor Dr Kumar, in his address, described the event as a fusion of fun, frolic, fervour, and extraordinary skill, where students came together to blend and bake a mesmerising concoction of 25 ingredients, including exotic almonds, figs, crystal fruits, cashew nuts, cherries, and more, infused with various flavours of fruit juices and Indian spices. The result, a spread of culinary artistry measuring 10 feet by 4 feet and weighing a whopping 80 kgs!
