Under Munger University, vouchers for several colleges had not been adjusted in the accounts. At Jai Prakash University in Chhapra, accounts of several colleges had not been updated or had incomplete information. The Governor stressed that a probe was required into financial irregularities at Kamala Rai College in Gopalganj. Even accounts at the Maulana Majrul Haque University in Patna show huge advances given without giving details of persons who received the same.

Accounts were not properly maintained at R.P.M. College in Patna City, under Patliputra University.

At the Vanijya College of Arts, Science in Patna, accounts existed till only
